1. Sponsor
The Cyber Monday Mega Bundle Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Blue Collar Coffee TN, Tennessee, United States (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, AWeber, or Shopify.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and locations where prohibited by law are not eligible.
Employees and owners of Blue Collar Coffee TN, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on November 30, 2026, at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time.
Only entries received during this period will be eligible.
The Sponsor's electronic records will determine the official time of receipt.
4. How to Enter
To enter:

Enter your first name and valid email address.

Submit the giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one entry per person.
No purchase, payment, or promotional email subscription is required to enter or win.
Subscribing to Blue Collar Coffee TN marketing emails is optional and does not increase the chances of winning.
Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
5. Giveaway Prize
One (1) eligible winner will receive the Blue Collar Coffee TN Mega Bundle containing:

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $195.00
One winner will receive the entire bundle of ten items.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater retail value if an advertised item becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on December 1, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.
The selected entrant must respond within seven (7) calendar days after the notification is sent.
The winner may be asked to confirm eligibility and provide a valid shipping address within the contiguous United States.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is ineligible, or refuses the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner's first name and state may be announced on Blue Collar Coffee TN's website or social media after eligibility is confirmed, where permitted by law.
8. Prize Shipping
Blue Collar Coffee TN will pay the cost of standard shipping to the verified winner at an eligible address within the contiguous United States.
The winner will not be required to pay shipping or handling fees to receive the prize.
Sponsor will coordinate shipment after verifying the winner and receiving the required delivery information.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and product availability.
9. Taxes
Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor will comply with any applicable tax reporting requirements.
10. Privacy and Email Communications
Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and deliver the prize.
Entrants are not required to subscribe to promotional emails.
Entrants who separately and voluntarily select the optional marketing consent checkbox may receive Blue Collar Coffee TN promotional emails, subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy and applicable law.
Declining promotional emails will not affect an entrant's eligibility or odds of winning.

11. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and applicable laws.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries or entries that violate these rules.
If fraud, unauthorized interference, technical problems, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway as permitted by applicable law.
Any such action will be announced through Blue Collar Coffee TN's official website or social media channels.
12. Release of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Blue Collar Coffee TN and its owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
By participating, entrants also agree to release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from liability associated with this Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
